Instructions for sending Outlook templates:
- Download the template by clicking the above “Download” button.
- You will be asked if you want to “Open” or “Save” the file. You can “Save” to your downloads folder if you want to send later (skip to step 3) or you can “Open” the file and it will open into an Outlook email for you to send now.
- Find the file you just saved in your “Downloads” folder on your computer; double click the file to open in Outlook.
- Add your client email list to the “BCC” line (if your BCC line is not showing, go to the Options tab in Outlook and select “BCC”. (You MUST BCC your list otherwise all recipients will be able to see each other’s email addresses just like a regular email).
- Click “Send”
Tips and Tricks
- With the template open in Outlook you can hold the "Ctrl" button and click the links to preview them.
- Remember: The message in the template is compliance approved. If you change the message it will need to be reviewed by compliance again before sending.
