Regis II brings over 50 years of investment experience to serving his clients, with more than half of that time at Davenport & Company. He has served clients through many economic and market swings and has proven to be a solution provider involved in the complete process – from planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting his clients’ long-term strategies. Regis holds his Series 1, 63, 65, 24, 8, 201 and PC registrations as well as life and long-term care insurance licenses.

Actively involved in the community, Regis is a member of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving on its Finance Committee after serving terms as Board Chair and Board Director, as well as Finance Chair. He is the Trustee and Secretary-Treasurer of the Mary Washington Healthcare Foundation and a member of the Investment Committee of the Mary Washington Healthcare Corporation. Additionally, he is a past member of both the Spotsylvania County Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals and the recent Finance Council Chair/Parish Advisory Council of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church. Regis and his wife, Sandy, are the parents of six adult children and 17 grandchildren.

Regis III joined his father, Regis II, in practice over 17 years ago at Davenport & Company. He works closely with their clients to develop individualized plans to help them reach their financial goals. He then implements, monitors, and modifies their plan as needed, using both state of the art technology and the wisdom of an almost 50 year-old family advisory team backed by a 160 year old firm. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations and is long-term care and life insurance licensed.

Actively involved in the community, Regis is the Past President and Secretary of the Board for the Rappahannock Area YMCA, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation. He is a past President and Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Fredericksburg, and from 2008-2012, was a Founding Member and member of the Board of Directors for the Next Generation of Business Leaders. He also serves on both the Parish Council and Finance Committee for Precious Blood Catholic Church in Culpeper, Virginia where he lives with his wife and two sons on a small farm where they raise sheep and chickens.

Eden Coltrane has over 23 years of experience assisting clients at Davenport & Company. She is responsible for managing The Keddie Group’s client relationships and operations. Her attention to detail, strong customer service skills and knowledge of the financial industry make her an integral member of team. Additionally, Eden is the Branch Operations Administrator for the Fredericksburg branch of Davenport.

Eden graduated from University of Mary Washington with a degree in Business Administration. She holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations.
