Chuck began his business career in 1980 with his father’s independent insurance agency. As he gained experience, he naturally gravitated toward personal financial planning for individuals, families and businesses. While employed by Nathan Lewis Securities, he became Series 7 registered. To further expand his successful financial practice, he accepted an attractive opportunity to join the Roanoke office of Davenport & Company as an Investment Executive in 2003.

Qualifications include:

  • More than 35 years of experience in financial services
  • BS degree from the University of Richmond
  • ChFC® professional designation from The American College of Financial Services
  • Good listener and responsive to his clients’ needs
  • Retirement income planning focus

Chuck was born in Roanoke, Virginia. He attended Crystal Spring Elementary School, James Madison Middle School and Patrick Henry High School. He earned his BS degree from the University of Richmond in 1979 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College in 2001. He spends most of his free time with his wife, Judy and son, Charles. His hobbies include fly-fishing, hiking, camping and photography.
