With more than 20 years as a Financial Advisor, Oliver customizes investment solutions for clients that are designed to accumulate, protect and distribute throughout their lifetime. Before joining Davenport in 2008, Oliver worked as a Financial Advisor for Smith Barney and prior to that, Legg Mason.
Oliver earned his BS in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has also taken courses at Campbell University toward his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is Series 7 and 66 registered with FINRA and is licensed to offer life and long term care insurance.
Active in his community, Oliver has served on the vestry at St. Francis Anglican Church, and serves on the board of the Railroad House Historical Association. He has served as secretary for the Kiwanis Club of Sanford and president of the Lee County Community Foundation. When he is not working, Oliver enjoys traveling with his wife Terry, photography, and watching UNC sports.

Heather has more than 20 years of financial industry experience. She began her career at Davenport in 2006 as a Registered Client Service Associate before becoming a Financial Advisor in 2013. Prior to joining Davenport, she worked at BB&T in their Corporate Employee Benefits Division where she administered 401(k) plans and Profit Sharing Plans. In addition to her work with individuals, families and small businesses, she also works with several churches and non-profits. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree and certificate in Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University. She is Series 7 and 66 registered with FINRA and is licensed to offer life, health and long-term care insurance.
Heather resides in Sanford with her husband David and two children, Harley and Jackson. She is a member of the Jonesboro Rotary Satellite club where she is active in the local community volunteer projects including the CUOC and Salvation Army. When she is not cheering her children on at their sporting events she enjoys boating, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Laurel joined Davenport & Company in 2019 after 15 years with Wells Fargo. With more than 20 years of financial industry experience, she is committed to providing personalized advice, guidance and support to her clients in all aspects of their financial life. Laurel takes a holistic approach in developing and implementing customized financial plans that help her clients build, manage, preserve and transition their wealth.
Laurel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree and certificate in Trust & Wealth Management from Campbell University. She is Series 7, 6, 63 & 66 registered with FINRA, and is licensed to offer life, accident, health and long term care insurance.
Active in the community, Laurel currently serves on the Lee County Community Foundation Board and the Ingram Family YMCA Advisory Board. She is a member of the Jonesboro Rotary Club and Professional Women’s Network of Moore County. She previously served on the Board of Trustees for Central Carolina Hospital and was a Chamber Ambassador for the Sanford Area Growth Alliance. She is a graduate of the Sanford Area Growth Alliance Chamber of Commerce Leadership Sanford program and the Moore County Leadership Institute of Moore County Chamber of Commerce.
Laurel is a native of Sanford and resides there with her husband Kent, daughter Allie and their dog, Bella. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Deborah joined Davenport in September 2013. She assists the Sanford Financial Advisors with operational and administrative needs and provides client support.
Deborah attended North Carolina Wesleyan College and Central Carolina Community College. She is a member of Baptist Chapel Church in Broadway. She and her husband Rodney, live in Lillington and have four children, five grandchildren, and a dog, Zoe. In her free time, Deborah enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors, especially on the lake.
