Skip has more than 30 years of service in the investment industry as a Financial Advisor. He is currently a Managing Director and serves on the Davenport Board of Directors. Prior to joining Davenport in 1996, Skip worked for two years as a Financial Advisor for Interstate Johnson & Lane and three years as a Financial Advisor for Ferguson Andrews & Associates.
Skip earned his BS in Health Science/Education from the University of Tennessee. He is Series 3, 7, 63, 65, and 24 registered and is licensed to sell life, health, and long-term care insurance. He has received the Davenport President’s Club distinction for the past 10 years. In his spare time, Skip enjoys playing tennis and golf, boating, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Skip is licensed to offer insurance and annuity products to residents in North Carolina and Virginia.
