Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant

TEMPORARY PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this temporary part-time position is to provide administrative support to the management of the Public Finance department.  We are seeking a candidate to work approximately 15-20 hours a week, split between two or three days each week.  Professional and courteous customer service is essential.  This position is not benefit-eligible.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Processing departmental paperwork such as expense reports, check requests, and invoices
  • Interacting with other departments and branches
  • Maintaining electronic files of regulatory documents
  • Handling mail and overnight packages
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Interacting with other departments and branches
  • General office duties to include filing and maintaining office supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Basic bookkeeping skills and record keeping ability
  • Professional demeanor and customer service focused
  • Bachelor degree desired
